Frequently asked questions

How do I make a personal accident claim?You can submit a claim via email or contact Chubb at +603-2058 3181. The claims assessment will take 7 - 10 working days to process.
How do I make a claim for delayed pick-up?After you complete the eligible ride that was delayed, you'll get an inbox message saying you have received the Grab ride voucher. You can find the voucher under the "My Rewards" tab in GrabRewards. You don't have to submit a claim as this is automatic.
